Capitol Bar & Grill: Bloomsburg's Ultimate Night Out

"I came here for the first time on Friday January 30, 2026, to celebrate my friend's birthday and we had a BLAST. We are all in our late 30s/early 40s and mothers of young kids, so this girls night out was so much fun, thanks in large part to the venue! We came here, specifically, because we are friends with Kerry Kenny, of The Kerry Kenny Band, who was playing there that night. It was a GREAT show. The place was packed (in a good way). The dance floor was drifting like waves with people of all ages and styles grooving about or mingling; everybody loved the music and the atmosphere! Due to the nature of our big night out and the live music, we didnt sit down at all and come to think of it I only drank half of whatever cocktail I ordered, because I was having so much fun I forgot to drink it! So, I can't comment on the quality of the drinks or food, if they have any, but again, THE VIBES. Oh and the staff were really chill, kind, and helpful, too! Lastly, I can't leave this review without mentioning the women's bathroom. Pink walls, covered in graffiti. Totally my jam. I'm not embarrassed to admit we spent a good 30+ minutes after the show just hanging out in the bathroom looking at all the fun crazy stuff people have tagged on the walls throughout the years and laughing and meeting other bar-goers who were coming and going. Take a look at the photos accompanying this post and you'll see what I mean! Anyway, 5+ stars for this place. I live in Lewisburg which is about 40 mins away from Bloomsburg and I will definitely be making a point to go back to Capitol Bar and Grill like ASAP!"

"The service really makes this place. The drinks and food are amazing but my favorite part of coming here is the staff. Keegan and Chad are incredible at what they do and always make your experience here entertaining. They take extra good care of their regulars and give this bar so much personality. Highly recommend ordering any mixed drink and the wings!"

"As a mom of 5, I rarely get time to go do something fun without kids. I went here back in July w my sister & had the best time. They atmosphere is awesome, the staff is great & while it does stay fairly busy, you don't have to wait a long time for drinks or food. I've gone back 4 times since then & I plan to go back more! I love that they have a dance area for anyone wanting to dance or just hang out if the bar is full. They have events, like Divorced Dad Rock, Glow Party, 2000s Night & more which is awesome bc you get to listen to older music that you don't hear often or have forgotten about. Even though there's a lot of college kids there, there's still some older folks that come out & show them how it's done 🤣 overall, I'll definitely be back."
